All Blacks should win but you never know!

South Africa and Aussie are next best chance of winning.

Out of the northern hemisphere teams, only France has a shot at winning.

Argentina might cause some upsets though.

New Zealand are like Brazil, they almost always go in as favorites, but have only won once. Perhaps the law of averages(and their form) suggests theyre due a win.

The only other option i can see is France, if they can turn it on at home.

South Africa, Australia, England and Argentina(who always play well in france) would be my next batch....

Followed by Wales, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Samoa....highly unlikely any of this group can do it,

As for USA, Japan, Canada, Fiji, Tonga, Georgia,Romania Portugal , Namibia etc, no chance!

New Zealand are ranked number one in the world by a long shot. No other country comes close to their IRB world ranking.

This NZ team have won 82 out of their last 84 test for **** sake !

Ireland have never beaten NZ why the h**l would any one think they could beat this ABs team at the world bloody cup ?

the French are starting to look good. England only play with half of their team, when was the last time an England winger had the ball? SA don't usualy play that well outside of SA. Ireland are over-rated. The Australians have a tendancy to out think other teams in the world cup. The other teams in the world cup aren't even worth considering for the title. The All Blacks are the best team in the world. I still think the All Blacks will win but I wouldn't be suprised if Australia or France beat them.

I don't think any of the European teams look strong enough at the moment, their forms are all too erratic.

Theres only 3 teams with a realistic chance. France(only because their at home), I hate to admit but the Ausies a good chance, South Africa have a great chance but this year it will be coming home to NZ. Look at the 2 half backs. Byron and Brendon both superb Waikato players and by far the best in the country at the moment

I would like to see the Pumas make at least the Qfs or semis and Scotland , Ireland and wales deserve a second round chance would be awesome to see a swing that way. But with some of the rugby we are seeing from them I think that the top 4 will be pushed up another notch which is why they are the top 4. This is shaping up to be one of the best world cups with expectancy of top notch performances form the like of Ireland wales Scotland and the Pumas

I think it will be between Australia, New Zealand & France for the World Cup.

My outsiders for the tournament is Ireland but after their performance against Italy a few weeks ago then they will need to seriously buck up their ideas.

New Zealand stands the best chance of winning the world cup. With their second string team beating all the teams in the world, what hope do they really have against their full XV. BUT the world cup is a odd tournament and anything can happen. I can say with confidence though, a southern hem. team will win the world cup this time round
