Ok now this is ridiclous HELP ASAP?

ok i have a 100 gal tank with 5 bala sharks had 6 one died a few days ago.....another is on its death bed......they are looking like they are turning a darker color and looks like their scales are falling off please help before all of them are dead

could it be ick?  You should be able to take one to the pet store and have them look at it.  I prefer smaller pet stores that are family owned, they seem to know a great deal and didnt just hire the last personthat put in an application for a job.

what you're describing sounds like you have ammonia problems in your tank

you say you did a 30-40% waterchange, but you don't mention how often you're doing so

it's recommended weekly 25% waterchanges with a gravelsiphon to keep the parameters in check as well as your fish healthy

in your case i would do a 50% waterchange right away, since you don't have a test kit on hands

and replace with conditioned water

also keep doing 25% waterchanges every other day, until you see the behaviour of your sharks improving

also get yourself a liquid ammonia testkit, which will help you to keep a close eye on the parameters

I honestly can say i knew nothing about sharks, but you need to call the petstore, and tell them everything and they can probably telll you what things you need to do, and/or what chemicals you need to buy...good luck.

1.how long has the tank been set up

2 what is the ammonia level of the tank

3 when is the last time you cleaned it

4what if any chemicals have u used in the tank

5how long have you had the sharks

6 is the tank heated and filtered

Clean out your fish tank asap. There is probably something that is contaminating the water.
