  1. when you pc start up dose it beep if it dose what do they sound  like

  2. you need a program called ERD commander its a cut down copy of windows with tools that help you fix problems and it boots from the cd and bypasses the hard drive you can download it from any peer to peer network

  3. There are 3 possible reasons as to why this is happening:

Number 1: You have a virus which is causing the computer to go into a continuous loop once it is started.

Number 2: There is a defect with you motherboard causing the computer to malfunction.

Number 3: Your harddrive has a defect which is causing the bios to malfunction.

To fix this i suggest you take your computer to your local computer specialist and ask them about your problem. They can either reformat (which you can do also but if your inexperienced/don't want to risk it then i suggest a computer specialist). They might find there is a defect and will replace any defective hardware.

I suggest that you don't tamper with the power supply this is not a power supply issue. I repeat THIS IS NOT A POWER SUPPLY ISSUE.
