Well as it doesn't appear to be the correct for a Wimpy or a Whippy I'm not certain, but if it is Wimpy they are a burger bar in England very few and far between now, but in my opinion a lot better than McDonald's or Burger King, although if you mean Whippy that would be Mr Whippy ice cream the kind that get in cornets or wafers from an ice cream making machine in vans, cafes or usually at the seaside, not the prepacked stuff.

Its a hamburger thats what they call them in england and other countries. did you ever hear it?  I asked someone overseas for a whipy they laughed thought it was funny sent me to the right place though
