Ok really weird dream, whats it mean?

me and my brother were watching something about fenway park on tv and it was past our bedtime and we knew it was but we were like oh well but then my mom was like u guys get to bed right now. so then i turned the tv off and went to bed. but somehow i was in our computer room and my dad came in for some reason and im like whats that noise and he took off his shirt and there were these like white worms like all over his back and he didnt even care (that kinda how he is with bugs in real life he doesnt mind them) so then he started to wipe them off in my direction and im like stop! and hopped on a desk and he kept wiping them off. so then im like u might want to get that checked and hes like nah. so then we walked into his room and im like no seriously dad u should get that checked and hes like NO! get away from me! and threw me against the wall. and i started to fake cry to get him in trouble. my mom was asleep and she woke up and she went to me what did he say to u? then i woke up.
