Ok seriously.. what do I need to do to be able to get my recorded shows from my DVR onto my PC?

Or better yet, record the shows directly to my PC. I'm aware I'd need a TV tuner card for the latter.

Please, if someone could please explain in detail what I need. I have Windows XP Media Center Edition(service pack 2).

This a a picture of the DVR, Its a Motorola.

It has a USB port and RCA outlets, see the picture.

Anyhow what do I need? My computer is close to my TV so I suppose if there is a way to record to the PC directly that would be best, but otherwise can I PLEASE have someone explain what I need in order to do this with what I have,I've searched many questions and can't really gather anything useful from them.
