I remember taking chemistry and boy, it was hard. I got an A, A-, B+, B,B, and B for the 6 six weeks. Someone told me physics is much harder. So since i have 3 weeks till school, what studyaid should I get to study some physics before school starts? My schedule is pretty hard, so that's another reason i want to study some.

  1. The best thing would be to get a copy of your textbook and the syllabus (which doesn't usually change from year to year).  Read ahead, and if you REALLY want to get ahead, do some problems since doing problems is the only way to learn physics.  Just reading about physics doesn't teach you anything--you have to do it.

  2. Work on you trigonometry.   Read a conceptual physics text (a physics book with none to very little math involve).    Besides that you will need good study habbits...and based on you chemistry grades id say your pretty good with that.

  3. I peronsally thing that chemistry is harder than physics. Physics, you learn the equations, look at the picture and see what you can plug into the equations. Chemistry is more complicated than that.

I recommend you buy a book called Physics 20 Minutes a Day. Finish most of that book before school. You have 3 weeks so just do this book 20 minutes a day, like the title says. You will be well prepared for your class.
