Question:

Ok so I'm hungry but I'm tryin not to eat a lot

This is what I had today. I had a grilled pepperjack sandwich, a bag of 100 calorie popcorn (lowfat low salt) and a some chili flavored top ramen. all like one after another. But im still hungry so should i just eat some more or just wait an hour or two. I know my food choices were very unhealthy, but whatever, thats not what my question is about lol

  1. eat some more!!! Get some fruit, yogurt, fruit snacks, or drink some water...or if you don't care about healthy eat whatever you want


  2. Drink a large glass of water and wait 30 min if still hungry then eat something. Have a salad or some fruit.

  5. drink more water, eat less tap ramen and chew on sugar free gum

  6. Why would you waste calories on popcorn and Ramen then?  You should use those calories to eat fruit and veggies!  .... Later, a baked potato or sweet potato are good to fill you up, with just low-calorie dressing, or low-fat margarine or sour cream on it......

  7. You picked mostly light foods that will leave you feeling hungry. Protein will make you feel full quicker and for a longer amount of time. It doesn't sound like you had much protein, so I would suggest some nuts, a banana w/ peanut butter, or some slices of deli meat. Even changing your normal grilled cheese into an egg and cheese sandwich would have really helped you not to feel so hungry after eating.  

  8. if your not eating a lot in order to lose weight your better off eating better. next i would wait. it takes your mind 20min in order to catch up to your stomach. and i fyou really cant wait drink 8oz of water first then eat some fruit.  

  9. peanuts - they fill you up pretty well and they're healthy =]

  10. Drink a glass of water or juice! Have some fruit!

  11. you should drink water a lot and that will make the hunger go away and then you will pee it out and it will clean your system if not try some tea its also good for your metabolism. and eat fruits and vegetables.

  12. Drink a cup of warm tea...it always helps when I feel hungry.
