Are either of them asking you to choose or are you afraid if you choose one over the other you'll lose the one you didn't choose?

If one or both are asking you to choose tell them you need more time to decide.

If it is you that is in a hurry and doesn't want to hurt feelings, take your time.

You have to think of it this way;  If you were to have to live in an island with only one of the two, who does it come to your mind? Which would be the one that you would want to see every morning? Which would you want to see grow up and have a family?  You might also be in love with both which is totally okay, now this is the real world and you need to pick one.  I would pick sweetness over anything else.
