Ok so I was wondering if married people who have an affair and have a child with someone else who's married can they still get child support for the married man if their married also?

Like the man is married and so is the woman but their not married to each other, and the woman gets pregnant and has a child could that woman get child support for that child from the married man if she's still married?

Or can she not even though tests show that it is the married mans?
