Now what? Where do you think WWE creative is going with this. I'm sure people have already answered this, but along with the aftermath of Summerslam, one can only wonder how WWE will continue this story considering it didn''t get any attention at last night's PPV.
As for me, I know I'm being unrealistic but I'm still fully convinced that Kane will wear his mask again. I think they're going to set up some angle where Kane is jealous of Mysterio because he gets the luxury of hiding his face and shielding his "flaws and personal demons" or something along those lines from the public. I think Kane will get so envious that he'll try to wear Mysterio's mask until Rey returns and tells him otherwise. This will probably lead to a match where Rey convinces Kane to accept who he is and get his own mask if necessary. Here's my reason for my prediction. Last week WWE made full reference to all the online rumblings of Kane wearing his mask again. By having Mike Adamle say, "I know there's a mask in that bag" they acknowledged what they perceived to be the popular creative direction of this storyline. They thought they could steer fans off the track by having him not reveal a Kane mask, but I'm convinced that Kane's own mask will come into play with Kane trying to seek assistance from a Rey Mysterio in a little "mask to mask" chat and confrontation.
