  1. More vegetables, more protein, you need more calories!

Special K isn't really that good for you, I used to eat it all the time but it's really sugary. Try oatmeal or a different whole grain cereal. Spice it up and throw some real chopped fruit in there, it tastes so much better that way.

1h of exercise...is it all cardio, or are you also lifting weights?

  2. That is hardly enough calories for a balanced diet!

What about your vegetables, and protein?

Exercise is good, but you truly only need 30mins. a day and drink lots of water.

  3. well if you are looking for pills, I would try phentermine. I got it from my OBGYN and I lost 120 pounds in 9 months. (I weighed 298) this was 5 years ago. then after another pregnancy i recently was up to 231 and In one month, I have lost 25 pounds. I eat a small bowl of cereal for breakfast, lowfat yogurt with low fat granola and blueberries for lunch and a piece of baked chicken and some grapes for dinner. I also walk 9 miles three days a week ( fast paced). Good luck!!!

  4. Probably but make sure you watch the sugar content on the yogurt. Get the unsweetened ones or organic yogurt. Read labels.

  5. At first.  But then you'll get hungry and cave in, plateau on your exercise, and the weight you lose will just come back in full force once you actually start eating again.

In order to have a healthy life and maintain a healthy weight, you have to make a lifestyle change.  Start eating healthy foods, this does NOT mean STOP EATING.  Your body needs food, if you deprive it, you're metabolism will begin to slow down, your body will feed off what muscle you have and you'll ultimately make things harder on yourself.

Also, you're getting a TON of carbs eating that much fruit.  You need to have more protein in your diet, you're only getting a small amount from the Special K and yogurt.
