Definatley not white ones, I would say only black leggings that go all the way down to you ankles are okay but whats really in are tights ( i just got a black pair and a purple pair)

Depends on the miniskirt.

If it's denim, NO.

and leggings are super "in" for this fall, but FULL length leggings. Not the ones that only go past your knees.

and the miniskirt has to be the correct fabric. and usually white leggings are hard to incorporate an outfit. i would try a black or brown pair, but that's just because its easier for me to find a matching outfit.
