Do those who believe in Ghosts believe in UFOs? Or is there like a scientific reason for believing in one or the other? Since no absolute proof has been found for either, does either exist? Or do both exist? Do none exist? If pics of a UFO are proof enough for you are Pics of Ghosts good enough too? If eyewitness reports are good enough for UFOs are they good enough for Ghosts sighting too? Or eyewitness testimony not good for either? Because it seems there are those who believe in UFOs but not ghosts, and those who believe in Ghosts but not UFOs and both are relying on the same types of evidence? Seems kind of hypocritical doesnt it? And if there is mathematical probabilities for intelligent life elsewhere, then there is also mathematical probablities for the existance of Ghosts too, right?

  1. I believe in both because I've seen both.

  2. Yes I believe that some flying objects are not identified.

I also believe that there is some possibility that life exists on another planet but not that it has made contact or visited Earth as there is no evidence to support this.

I don't believe in ghosts at all or God or that there is such a thing as a soul. Like all animals we are a lump of living meat. There is no good evidence to prove otherwise.

Yes I am a barrel of laughs :D

I don't think it proves anything though. The universe is a vast place with innumerable planets, to me it seems possible that life may have occurred there in the same random manner that it has here.

But after thousands of years of people believing in the supernatural and despite the advances made in science we are no closer to proving the existence of spirits. Maybe one day the evidence will prove otherwise, but I strongly doubt it.

  3. I've seen both. Never at the same time though. UFO's i've seen at the oddest times. Ghosts i see all teh times. I've even taken pictures wtih orbs in them. I have a spirit that follows me around and keeps me company and level. There are quite a few at work too.

  4. Nuff, the way I see it, we have no testable examples, verifiable data or confirmed scientific knowledge on ghosts/spirits. But we do have an example of life forms arising on a planet (us!)  So if lifeforms could arise on one planet, I think that means it's a possibility that it could arise on another.  The Drake equation is the oft-cited method for calculating probabilities of alien life, but it is based in part on measurable data. In contrast, we have no measurable data on ghosts.

I don't see much of a difference in eyewitness testimony for spaceships or ghosts, but eyewitness testimony for a UFO is a different matter. Many things can be unidentified in the sky, so a UFO report isn't necessarily evidence of aliens.

Personally, I don't see the evidence yet to conclude that ghosts exist or that aliens have visited us, but I do believe it's possible that aliens could live elsewhere in the universe and perhaps it's possible they could visit us if they can get around the speed of light problem. I'm always open to considering new evidence :)

  5. These are two independant and mutually exclusive phenomena. Hence belief cannot be corelated.

  6. It is not a matter of belief for me as far as Ghosts and Spirits are concerned.  I know they exist.

As far as UFOs are concerned, I take the following stance..I have no real reason to believe that there could not be other life forms out there somewhere capable of doing just as much  if not more in the area of space travel.  But I have not been an eyewitness to one.  I try to keep an open mind about it.

  7. i believe in both i also believe anything is possible

  8. if a UFO was manned with dead alien spirits

  9. I have asked this exact question time and time again, as it does seem to point to an over active imagination and does put some what of a damper on creditability. Having said that, I have also been privvy to see both of these "phenomenons". One of the UFOs  that I have seen was later explained. This was a wonderful finding for me, as it showed/proved to me that I did not make it up in my head.  However, there are still the other hundred stories of "more than coincedence"and of a few sightings (2 more) of UFO's that  I still have no explaination for.  Do I have an over active imagination? You betcha, however, does this discount what I saw? Just because I am overly imaginative, does that mean that I do not  see what I see? that I am incapable of judging what is real? Can I just be more in tuned to vibrational changes that would allow me to observe more in my life?  I am still wrestling with the answers.

Your question is most interesting, I have posted this on this site and elsewhere before, I hope that you get better answers than I have.

  10. You know that I believe about both. And I think you know that I don't believe "in " them...only "about" them. Someday there maybe be an explanation about the UFOs. The USA or some other country might be making them...but I doubt it. I don't KNOW there are UFOs...but I believe there are. I KNOW that there are spiritual things out there...I just don't know what they are... family members/friends who have died..enemies getting back at us...ghosts..spirits..demons..people astral traveling...aliens that are invisible...saints ..angels... shadow people...I don't know what they are...I just KNOW that something (s) is around that we can't see. I don't KNOW that about space ships...but I believe that people are seeing these things in the sky that look like space ships.

  11. My answer is mostly yes. From what I've read here most not only believe in ghosts and UFOs.They want to believe in everything paranormal.Psychics,dowsing,cryptozoolog... all of it.If they don't absolutely believe. They're so "open-minded"the slightest bit of perceived evidence will convince them.I can't quote any statistics this is just an observation.

    Edit.It wouldn't be a 2012 party without you.

  12. no because a gost is a spirit and an alien is an alien, they are differnt because an alien can be around day and night but agost can be in the night. there are things that say that they are real so im going to believe it as well

  13. no i believe in ufos but not ghosts

  14. Hey Nuff....

Well i definately believe in ghosts, cause ive seen them....Ive never seen a ufo..but i have to take into consideration that there have also been loads of ufo, sightings...So i have to keep an open mind to it...but some will never admit they exist, until one lands on their front lawn..lol.. bit like catching a ghost in a container..lol
