  1. i don't think your breast size will decrease.

  2. losing weight will decrease your breast size, but strengthening the chest muscle will make your b*****s more perky and appear bigger, so row away.

  3. Eating fatty foods does NOT put fat on you.  If you exercise and burn the calories you intake, then fat will not be deposited on you.  It is really that simple.

As for your breast.  Athletic girls/women rarely have large breast because breast are mostly made of fat.  You burn more calories than you take in and you will burn the extra fat in your breast.

Solution, while rowing, be sure to eat healthy, starchy foods like cereals, grains, corn, potatoes, and breads to give you carbs and energy.  Be sure to take your vitamins and do eat some greens with it also to keep the balance.  You will have to intake more calories than you burn in order to keep your breast or increase them.

  4. Rowing may increase the muscles in your chest, which may make your b*****s appear smaller, but eating fatty foods to increase your breast size is not something I'd recommend.

  5. why would rowing decrease your breast size?

  6. And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why women will never be able to compete with men in sports.

  7. Why would your breast size decrease? If anything, it would increase. Rowing will build your pectoral muscles, which would increase the overall size of your b*****s.

  8. b*****s are especially prone to down-sizing because breast tissue is made up of mostly fat and the tissues of the mammary gland that produce milk. Large b*****s contain more fat. And, for most women, becoming thinner and leaner through exercise and weight loss results in smaller b*****s. Just take a look at most ballerinas, female athletes and super-thin fashion models and female celebs (that haven't been surgically-enhanced): thin bodies aren't usually very voluptuous.

But on a personal note, I really would recommend doing rowing, regardless of how you feel about your body. You will tone up, stay in shape, gain muscle and even lose weight. That is so worth it.
