Ok so i call this girl i havent seen.....?

in like 3 yrs and i talked to her over cell phone this past yr and ask her to just start off as friends and see where it goes but wat if she just completely hates me now and doesnt want to go out with me or be friends. I reallllly need a good anwser!

If she's been talking to you by cellphone many times over the past year, then I don't think she hates you.  You _could_ just tell her how you feel and ask how she feels.  If she's not interested, you'll have to look for someone else to be that special someone.
