Ok so i used to eat really good right?

but lately for the past 4 months i just dont feel hungry or when i see food it makes me sick. ive lost a little bit of weight....what can i eat to gain weight in the butt area an theighs

  1. sometimes this happens to me also when i don;t eat enough and then your stomach gets used to not eating as much and when you do eat you feel full fast its all about have a couple of small meals a day until you get the feelings to eat back you will be fine it happens to lots of people


  2. i actually have IBS, and over the summer I had a BAD ATTCK that lasted 4 months.

    I lost a lostof weight.

    I managed to shove fruit gushers, bananas, and honey nut cheerio cereal bars. I just wasnt hungry, and looking at food made me wanna puke.

    So i think all you need to do is find some type of food that doesnt make you want to puke.

    if you are like me, breads, muffins, and crackers were the most sickkening.

    Also eating things like celery and apples with peanut butter can help put some weight back on.

  3. This could be psychological because of the media today, but it could also be just no real appetite.  I think you may have lost your appetite on food.

    The butt areas and thighs-thing is pretty much hereditary.  You can't really make much of a difference over there.

  4. If you have been having problems that long with feeling hungry - I really would suggest that you take some personal time and consideration for yourself and see a doctor.

    It could just be the heat of summer that is making you not want to eat now - but not for 4 months.

    Interesting food makes me want to eat.  Something different that smells good and looks good.

    High reps with low weight builds muscle.  You could try doing some exercises that work the area that you are wanting to have a more shapely look.
