Ok so i want to move to australia and work at the australian zoo when im older...?

what are the qualifiations or schooling you have to have to work there? and how much do the jobs pay?

Everything depends what you will be working with (vet, keeper, etc). Be prepared to live far from your work or out in the middle of nowhere (because the zoo really lies in the sticks).

Australia Zoo is not out in the sticks, it used to be.

Now,  it's surrounded by houses and the town of Beerwah is only a few minutes away. There's a railway station there and shops etc.

(There's a very good bakery in Beerwah.)

The bus stops at the door and the zoo is about 15 minutes from Caloundra and the beautiful beaches.

Don't count on being able to work there. Unless our visa rules change dramatically before you're ready to come over, there is no way you would get a long term job at the zoo whatever your qualifications. There is a line a mile long of people who want to work in high profile places like Australia Zoo and they would be forced to give any jobs to Australian residents. Work visas are only available to people with skills that are in short supply in Australia. Your only hope is to come here on a working holiday (you need a tertiary education) then apply at the zoo for short term work. And the pay wouldn't be wonderful - it's an employer's market in places like Oz Zoo.
