If you're not having cocktails there won't be any use for it, but it looks really cool.

This has nothing to do with food but...For fun did you know that you can use liquid laundry detergent on the walls like paint?  You and your guests can have fun "painting" on the walls and there is no trace of it when you turn on the lights the next morning!

Use as much white as you can. Sometimes there is neon food colors you can use over the white, in the black light, they will glow. If I was doing a party like this, I might make a cake or something, with like a darker base frosting + white design or streaks. Glow sticks, anything watery, like celery works. There is a website called www.orientaltrading.com they have LOADS of glowing things to eat or drink out of. For our homecoming decorations, we used a black tablecloth and bleach and it kind of showed up.
