Ok so im over weight?

im about 5'3 or 5'4 i weigh about 150 i know thats a lot but how much weight do u think i should lose i say about 30 but its to hard for me and im only almost 14 so i cant take diet pills but water isnt helping me any please answer seriously thanx

  1. I know laziness is so much more fun then exercise lol. But really just try this. Every night after dinner walk for half an hour. If you have a dog take it, if you have an ipod take that. After a week (7 days straight-- don't skip weekends) you should weigh yourself and you should lose some weight.


  2. wow, its gonna be really hard for you.

    it's not gonna be easy, but you need to start dieting (not to be mean, but you'll never achieve your goals otherwise)...

    first, cut out all baked, fried, sugar, dairy,chicken, etc.

    (rely on soy instead of dairy) and fruit and veggies for snack.

    and hello....pills don't work if they did america would be skinny.

    drink a lot of green tea

    eat whole grains

    protein.

    eat 3 meals per day.

    and lastly, EXERCISE at least 30 min a day.

    it may even take months if not a year to lose 30 pounds, but its doable.

    just stick with it.

  4. i think 30 kinda seems like a lot.

    whatever you decide to do, make sure you diet/exercise safely.

    green tea also works. they say if you drink it for 2 weeks you'll lose 10 lbs. i never drank it for 2 weeks straight, but i do know i started to lose some weight when i was drinking it.

  8. Have you gotten your period yet? Most girls thin out after they get their periods. You won't loose 30 pounds right away but you'll notice that as you get older you will thin out and develop more of a womanly figure. Just eat right and exercise regularly. Also if you must take something, my friend swears by green tea pills. They are an herbal supplement so it's not bad for you.
