im going into high school after the summer hollidays and im really nervouse and i want some advise on how to act to make some friends and im so shy that i cant evan talk to a teacher without getting nervouse so i also want some advise how to nt be as nervouse and shy as i am.

Ok lets see i use to be shy but not anymore. lol Well be ur self thats all i can say to u lighten up some have fun but be u because if ur not then u will make friends with the wrong people.
