i dont wanna actually runn.... cuz i dont have time.. and i'm not allowed to go alone....

so how can i condition for track?

does the bike machine help?

  1. well then it sounds to me like you shouldn't do track

    i do track and xc and i know it takes up a lot of time and energy and it is a really hard sport to do.

    but if you want to do well you have to practice and if you don't practice then you won't do good


  2. it helps, but you have to run to get conditioned for track correctly. and it takes effort, so you have to put the time in for it. im a track runner, and i know it can be hard to find the time, but if you want to be good, you HAVE to make the time to get ready.
