Ok so there is a guy who i like heaps and he says he likes me but hes not trying.. what do i do?

He says he loves me but he wont call and if i get angry or upset about his dumb jokes im the one who has to say sorry and make up. Its like he doesnt like but when i ask him he says he just doesnt express his emotions so im like.. arghh.

so i would say like.....dump him and get on with life,he sounds like a useless maniac

Well the only thing I can come up with is to give him an ultimatum.  If he wants you, he will do what it takes to keep you and if not; you are better off without him.  Plain and simple.  There are many fish in the deep blue sea, my dear.
