Ok so this guy owes me a couple hundred dollars but he still hasnt yet!

so he owes me like 200 $ and i bug him every once in a while( still wont give it to me) but now hes moving to cali for a while( i noticed on his facebook ) n he didnt even tell me...so were not like good friends anymore but anyways what do i do? do i need to go to the police? is the 200 worth asking the police? what wat u do?

Unless you have a signed loan agreement stating that you are loaning him $200 and he is going to pay you back then there is nothing you can do to prove your case.  

Frustrating, isn't it?  Take the money out of him somehow before he leaves.  If he doesn't have to pay it to you, he should have it pay it double to someone else to fix whatever you might or might not have broken...like a windshield.

im not sure on the actual amount limitations, but i was shocked to hear that a guy at work went to the better business bureau when another guy at work ripped him off for $1k. im not sure if the bbb took the case only because this guy was sposedto be making his cabinets....worth looking into maybe.

its $200, are you in desperate need for it? the police wont do anything. constantly contact the guy and ask him for it. eventually he might give in and pay you.
