by the first 10 min i was like dizzy and dehydrated. i had to ask the coach if i cud go over and get some water. and it didn't help that my helmet bad that goes across me hear was like digging into my head. but i got a new one. but yea so i was like almost ready to lay down and take a nap on the grass i was so exhausted. but i toughed it out and got threw 2 1/2 hours of it. and I'm a little heavy for my age, I'm 14 years old 5'10 180 pounds. and me and my dad work out at a gym near my house at least twice a week on a bad week. so i guess i was out of shape to start the season. so if this continues then i have no clue what'll happen. I'm pretty much only doing this to loose weight, cuz last year i lost like 10 or 20 pounds, maybe more. so what should i do to not have a day like i just had a few hours ago? thanks
