Ok so what are the types of history? like cultural history political history? are those some?

History can be broken down any numbers of ways, but the most common are time period and area.

For example: You can do Roman History, Greek History

or Classical History.  You can do Egyptian History, or Near Eastern History.

Ancient history includes all them....

You can do American or European history.  You can do Pre-Columbian History.  You can do Cold War history.  You can do recent history.

Then there are those which focus on a specific aspect like Medicine, Politics, MIlitary, Philosophical history.

The list is endless.  Basically, if it happened in the past; you can study it in a form of history.
