  1. actually sarah paline is more qualified than obama..

  2. refer to the 25th Amendment...the scenario is simple.

If the president dies, or resigns, or is removed the vp becomes president...then as president he/she would nominate a person for vp...if the vp impeached...and removed...impeachment does not mean removal...then the pres would simply nominate another

All vp nominations have to be confirmed by Congress...not the Senate only as in most cases of approval

  3. s**y Gladiator? LMAO...I have a better name for you.

No you cannot impeach the VP just because.

& we'd be better off w/ her as President than Obama.

  4. Who ever the VP picked to be his VP after he became President.

    Do you understand?

  5. 1. Vice President can be impeached by the House and removed from office by the Senate. But, he can only be impeached and removed from office for committing a high crime or misdemeanor in office. Incompetence in office is not an impeachable offense.

    2. Vice President Spiro T. Agnew resigned the Vice Presidency in the second term of President Richard Milhous Nixon. A new Vice President was nominated by President Nixon (Gerald Rudolph Ford) and he was confirmed by a vote in the House of Representatives in compliance with the terms of the 26th Amendment to the Constitution.

    3. I served under seven Presidents from Dwight David Eisenhower to Ronald Wilson Reagan. I also survived times that included the assassination of one President, the refusal of his successor to run for a second term in office, the resignation of another President and his being replaced by a man who had never garnered one vote of the Electoral College for President or Vice President. The Republic still stands and the Constitution is still our charter of government.

  6. VP can't be impeached until lame duck session or something like that...

  7. Then the Vice President becomes the new President for the reminder of the term.

  8. Upon the death of the President, the Vice President is sworn in to the Presidency. As Vice President, They are kept informed on all policies and actions. If the Vice President is unable to serve, the Speaker of the House is third in line.

  9. The vp will have to consult with his secretary of defense and other military leaders or anybody else who would know.

  10. I don't know about impeachment but the Speaker of the House of Reps is next in line.
