Ok, so what makes hair grow faster?

i have been stressing about my hair all summer.. its at my neck (the bottom of it) when its curly.. and ive been trying to make it grow more/faster.. ive been taking vitimins, and eating certain foods to help it along.. but is there anything i can do to make it grow FASTER?
