Ok there are these cats are are not that trusting only running away how can i catch them?

i really wanna get them to a shelter or a good home also the cat has to kitten i am not serten if there both hers

if these cats are wild they should just be left alone. Maybe you could try to save the kitten.  But if the adult cats are not coming to you they are most likely wild and they can survive just fine on their own.

Check with your local SPCA or HSUS shelter to see if they are running a TNR (Trap Neuter Return) program.Often they will offer the loan of humane traps and educate you as to how to trap these animals to bring in for a free spay/neuter and shots.  You then would return the ferals to their colony for their best survival chances, as older ferals do not take well to domestication and usually cannot be successfully re-homed or adopted.  Contact Alley Cat Allies at http://www.alleycat.org for all you need to know to enter this rescue field.
