  1. Okay.

Your parents dont have to know as long as you find your own help!

    I hope i could help!

    Good Luch! (:

  2. Don't think about being sick, this makes you feel worse then you actually are, try visiting a docter and he or she will help you and give you advice to help you get back on track, just try telling your parents they will understand, unless its you thats making yourself sick on purpose they shouldnt have a problem and they will try to help you, I know it may seem hard to admit something like this but its best to have someone that knows so they can help you. Some food you can get that is light and simple to eat without you being sick, like crackers for instance. also if you feel as though your going to be sick drink little sips of water sometimes this stops you and makes you feel better, also take vitamins, these can stop you from getting a bug or any kind of illnes making you sick, drinking fruit juice and plenty of water may help aswell, and eating a variety of fruit.

I hope this all helps for you

  3. You have already taken the first step and admitted you are bulemic. My friend suffers from it and the side effects are disgusting

    - bad breath no matter how often you clean your teeth

    _ rotting black teeth

    _hair loss

_ skin breakouts, and these are just the visable signs.

only you can change it and all you need is willpower and determination.

    Tell someone and get help.

  4. I am also a struggling bulimic and I find it very hard to keep a whole meal down ever. You just have to reason with yourself and try to control it. You cannot go without eating for a long time. You really must force yourself to keep some food down or you will get really sick. Just try eating a small meal once a day and you will still lose weight. Just choose low calorie foods such as fruits and veggies. Those are my guilt-free foods. I will eat a serving of fruit and it will satisfy me and I won't feel the need to puke it up. Good luck! I hope you can gain control before you make yourself sick. Take vitamins also.

  5. bby, omg i have the exact same thing. Anorexia with bulimic habbits. I know exactly how you feel. But theres not much you can do now. Just get help before it gets worse. Because, trust me it will.

I'm pleased you are seeking help.  Don't let this go untreated as there are severe and long term health risks.

There's lots of help out there that's confidential, but also, your parents might take it better than you would expect and be a great source of support for you.

Please check out the website or call the number, though.  If you need anything else, feel free to email me.

  7. Maybe you have not got bulimia maybe you have something wrong with your stomach.. I had a stomach issue since i cant even remember and sometimes eat loads and other times go for days with out.. And it doesn't bother me. I went to a psychologist as a kid for it. And even recently it started again and i had gastritis and esophageal reflux. So.. You may just have a stomach illness talk to the nurse or doctor. The fact that yr not in denial is a good sign it may not be bulimia as bulimics often tend to cover it up. And doc's nurses have to be confidential that way your parents wont know.. Iv studied bulimia before as past of my counselling course so know a little. Please see a doctor. You never know xx

  8. Its the first positive step you're taking by wanting and and admitting you need help because you most definitely do.

Honestly the best thing to do is to tell your parents that you need help and would like to check into treatment. I have listed some hot lines you can call for help and for more information. Also a website that may help you sort this out.

Don't be nervous to talk to someone especially your parents you know that they want nothing more than to help you and make sure their baby is ok.

You're going to be ok as long as you get treatment. You can do this, you're much stronger than you think.

  9. It sounds like you have anorexia, not bulemia. You throwing up is a reaction to food, because you haven't much of anything in a while. You need to try eating small meals, I'd start with chicken noodle, like half of a can or something... and work your way up to eating healthily. You might have lost weight, but your body is preserving all that it can because it's not getting the nutrition it needs. When you start gaining weight again, you will notice your body hanging onto that fat in case it starts going through this again. It's a tough deal, but there are people to help you through this.

  10. Thats like both Bulemia and Anorexia.  So tell a good friend or something because you are really hurting yourself.  Tell someone trustworthy and say that you understand that you need help, you just can't seem to say it to your parents and ask them if they can say something for you. I hope this helps. Good Luck.

  11. That sounds like a combination of both anorexia and bulemia.  If you can't go to your parents go to your shcool guidence counselor

  12. Honey, you need to stop this.  You need help because you are going to damage your body.  This is a serious thing here.  Please, there are people who understand and can help you through this.
