  1. aside from doing all the ab excercises you also have to do a ton of cardio training and the main thing is to watch what you eat.

  2. mybe your lookin for weight lifting

  3. you need very low fat %, otherwise your 6 packs will not show. Also, you need to do various abs exercise. At least 200 reps in total per day. That is why i have been told by a friend who has 6 packs. Sounds like you are too young anyway. When you are older, you will realize 6 packs is nothing. It is better off for you to train and become a great fighter. At the end of the day, the other guy may have 6 packs, but he is no match for you. When you are in trouble, your skills will protect you, but the 6 packs will do nothing for you. Ask  girls who they would prefer? A guy with 6 packs, or the one who can protect them when they are in danger?

  4. You got it...your body is still maturing and you still have some fat that will probably disappear when you hit puberty.

The thing about getting a six pack is that you have to work not only the abdominus erectus, but the obliques, and the lower stomach muscles.  Also working the back muscles won't kill you.

If you're a guy I'd say join the wrestling team, that'll give you some core strength, which is what you are looking for.

  5. First is your diet. start eating more often but smaller portions. If you eat large meals your body stores fats and sugars. If you eat smaller meals there's nothing to store. You use it up. eat three small meals with healthy snack between. like fruit and veggies or trail mix and snack bars. Some nutritionist say you can't sight specific exercise like sit ups to target the abs. the body draws from all over to feed your abs. so I think work the whole body with a good weightlifting program and on your off days jog for cardio.Everyone has a six pack, they just also have a fat layer over them some don't be discouraged you'll get there. Puberty shouldn't hurt you I've seen high school weightlifters with good abs. The local high school has a good weight program. keep trying and good luck.
