my friend wants 2 know do u wear underwear with ur spandex?

you can, but if you do then you can see the lines. so i would suggest either wearing no underwear or a thong. But if she's just starting, underwear might get her more used to it because when i started, going without underwear felt weird. So tell her to ease into it if she's uncomfortable

LOL, depends on what you are comfotable with.  Most choose to wear a thong with their spandex.  If you have never worn one before, I give you a little tip.  This is how I was broken into my first one: wear one to bed.  Honestly, it worked.  It will take you awhile to get used to, especially if you play wearing one the next day.  But, once you have gotten used to wearing them, they are really comfortable to wear, and you no longer have panty lines.  

Or, you could always choose to go commando (meaning you don't wear undies) when you play. I've known some to do this. It was never something I enjoyed though, so, I stuck with the thong.

And no, people will not think you are weird if they can't see your underwear lines. Most people don't wear regular underwear when they play ball.  They don't like how panty lines look.  But, once again it is a comfort thing, what you feel comfortable playing in is what matters.

um yes... but my school is still cheap so we use out gym clothes... and uhhh i don't wanna be running around with shorts and no undies!

-yes she should just wear double spandex so that the underwear line won't be noticable. all the girls in our tteam always wear double spandex so that the underwearline will not show

yeah, it its not sanitary not to. The underwear line people complain about isn't that bad.

Either double up or go without.  We had to wear "bunhuggers" - those are like granny panties - so it was more comfortable to go without.  We would also sprinkle a little baby powder (I don't need to explain why, right?)  : )  And when I played in college a lot of the girls used that "FDS" feminine spray.  Either way, it's personal choice as to what's more comfy.  One thing I can say is the girls that did wear thongs or undies were always "adjusting" them!!

yes. but not a thong. lmfao my friend did this. try to where thin under to prevent lines. also there are differnet types of spandex specials one to where with out underwear. i would suggest yes.

you can or you can't its personal opinion. personally i have tried both and i find that wearing underwear is much more comfortable. The only problem is that you have really bad pant lines. if you dont mind this go ahead and wear underwear under your spandex. instead i tried a thong. thongs dont give you wedgies and are MUCH more comfortable in vball if you find the right ones. at first they felt really weird but then i got used to them and they are really comfortable. another suggestions is to get boy short underwear so it doesnt really show panty lines if you get them cut right.  i have also tried going without underwear....it works but i dont find it very comfortable. my suggestions is to try both and find what you like. have fun and keep playing vball!!!

Noo. I mean, you can but you can see the lines really bad and she might get made fun of. I used to wear a thong with mine but that became annoying and uncomfortable so I just wear the spandex now. They fit better, feel better, and allow more movement and more free feeling lol. Her perference though :P

I never wore underwear with them I always wore a thong with them. It really just depends on the player and what feels comfortable to them. I know of some girls who don't wear anything, but most of them wear thongs.

helllz no...hello..VPL....you can wear botty shorts or a thong bot no under wear.... when i fist started volleyball ever1 laughed at me cause i had VPL! dont wear underwear with them PLEASE!
