Ok we all have to eat a little so what is the smallest high carb snack i can eatt b4 a swim race?

  1. Make sure you're well hydrated (the day before and the day of your race).

    I've been swimming early in the morning these past few weeks, and I find I need a little snack before I go for my swim.

    Usually a piece of fruit or half/one piece of toast does the trick. A little carbohydrates and sugar will give you some energy. The gatorade/powerade recommendations are good too, just be cautious not to drink or eat TOO much before swimming.


  2. eat a little pasta with some gatorade or powerade

    once you get to your met drink only water

    this will improve your game by ALOT

  3. eat pasta before u go to ur meet. that gives u a big boost. gatorade helps too. try not to eat a bunch of c**p (aka- candy) thats not good for u. dont eat directly b4 ur race. u'll be sick then.
