Ok well i went to public high for a while...?

and my mom pulled me out cuz of the teachers there but now the ones she didnt like are gone and i want to go back really badly but my mom says since im not registered in the IL. homeschooling department my credits wouldnt transfer but my really smart friend said that i could do workers credit transfer. and they would let me be a sophmore. so do you thank they are anyways for me to go back? and what is a workers credit transfer? please i need help

Homeschoolers are able to transfer back into public school without having ever been part of the "Independent Learning" program of any school.  It is done all the time.  In most likelihood the school will want to see a portfolio of your work or your latest standardized tests if you have any, so that they can properly place you.  If you don't have those, they would probably want to test you for placement.  You should be able to transfer back in, however, without problems.  They would look at the work in your portfolio to see what class equivalents those would be at your school.  

    Obviously, this is something for you and your parents to discuss.  If they agree, I would try to call the school and see if you couldn't get an appointment with the counselor.  They should be able to provide you with all of the information that you would need.
