lower back pain doesnt always mean your pregnant, it could be stress, it could be a kidney infection, it could be just your period starting,  stress will also cause you to be late with your period, if you don't get your period in a few days try taking a pregnancy test, or you could call your doctor

Stress can mess with your body you can no period at all you can have ones that last what seems like a life time. If you have a s*x with your partner you can become pregant even if he does not go all the way.he will leak a small amount of seeman during s*x. If you are still unsure you best find out one way or the other before it is too late. This may help a little with your stess, and if you are pregnant the sooner you find out the sooner you can decided what you want to do
