  1. maybe you should stop smoking crack before you go to sleep

  2. I was told by a therapist that you need to consider the feelings and emotions in the dream and not so much the content. She said when you start looking at the feelings you experience during the dream then you are getting an idea where your subconcious thoughts are. If you do this regulary then you really start to see the patterns in your dreams reflecting how you are feeling in life at the time.

  3. It did happen to me more than once ; and each time what I had seen ;came true ; a couples of weeks or a couple of months after .

  4. Yeah, your spirit is trying to awaken your physical body to your true nature as an eternal soul.  The anxiety is because the feelings are so ancient that your comparatively new brain is signaling you that some new information is coming in, and here's the best I've been able to make of it.  Hence you have the visions when you close your eyes.  Now it's up to you to decide what those visions mean.

Well, basically, like I said, your spirit is saying, "Yoo hoo!  I'm here!!! Wake up!" It's peppering your reality with little anomalies to get your attention. :-)

The interesting thing about the spirit is that it doesn't need eyeballs to see with.  That's why when you close your eyes, you can still see things.  I've had this happen, myself.  Just as I write this message, I'm experiencing some doubt as to whether it was ever our eyeballs that have been seeing all this time, or whether it was our spirits all along, creating the illusion that our vision is limited to what's exposed in front of our pupils.  It's possible, you know.  Life could simply be about beauty and experience, leaving our eyes as, really, non-functioning organs, spiritually speaking, and we can still see when we close our eyes.  There are more variables than that, which you'll discover in your path. :-)  Just make sure you connect what you discover in the spirit with your favorite fantasy of something you'd like to do forever.  That's what your spirit is after, and that's what it wants you to pursue, too.

  5. I think that it's probably the state of mind between awake and asleep.  I've had that happen too.  I think it's probably normal.  It usually means that you haven't gotten enough sleep lately and your body is trying to hurry to get to REM sleep.  Try going to bed earlier or taking a nap.
