So i was following a recipe that said while baking you place the pan in a tin of boiling water. I wrapped the pan with tinfoil so that water wouldnt seep in--- but it did! Right now the cake it "chillin out" and settling but when its done what should i do? a soggy crust kills it! I was thinking once it settles i could put it in my toaster oven, hopefully the bottom will toast, and then cool it in the freezer. please help!

  1. I wouldn't put it in the toaster oven.  Maybe put it in a pan on the stove and slowly toast the bottom like that.  Good luck, next time use two sheets of foil and cris cross them.
