Ok who else living in QLD believe the 7 and ten networks need to give us better coverage???

  1. free to air gets c**p now too, no matter where you live, get fox sports.


  2. I was up there during the final of the nab cup it wasn't on tv until late and wasn't on Auststar until early in the morning,  no live coverage even if you have pay tv, footy will never get big in Qld until they have decent coverage

  3. id prefer more nrl coverage u only get to c friday nite football n thats about it.

  6. Agree.Why can't they televise the game live.instead they put  old repeats of shows that nobody is interested in.

    l do not know what is wrong with the AFL.Surely they must take the view of Australia's most popular sport into consideration.

  7. dave sullivan is right.....you should get Austar or Foxtel.

    I live on the Sunshine Coast and there was only 1 game live on the weekend..Lions and Eagles.

    But on Austar, I watched EVERY GAME LIVE! Thursday night ch. 10 didnt show Richmond v Carlton Live so it was on Main Event; same with Geelong v Port...on Main Event.

    Then Saturday Collingwood v Fremantle was on Fox Sports 1; Brisbane v West Coast on Fox Sports on and channel 10.

    But the best part was that because QLD couldnt see Sydney v St Kilda Live because Fox had the Lions and channel 10 picked up the Fox coverage, they showed SYD v STK live on Main Event!!!

    So every game in round one except for the Roos and Essendon was seen live on Austar!

  8. ruby jane u dont now wat u r talkin about. NRL rape the AFL ratings so NRL is way more popular. If any thing we get way 2 many games shown

  9. I would enjoy what you have there in QLD. At least you are not in America like I am, where seeing footy on television doesn't happen anymore.

    I know that you want to see live footy, but there in Oz you are very lucky. At least you have the chance to watch the games. Here in America footy followers like myself do not.

  10. The free to air and foxtel cover them all each week.  Sounds like you need foxtel.
