From the people around me, I'm getting the sense that they like Shawn more than Nastia bc Shawn smiles more often and Nastia always have her game face on.

Shawn is the cute American sweet heart type while Nastia is the elegant ballerina ("cold beauty") type.

Each is unique in their own way.

And what does it matter? Both are bringing America great honor and America should be proud of both.
