Ok with it being haunted?

If you were looking to buy a house and the seller mentioned that it was or thought to be haunted, would you still consider buying it?

Number one, it would depend on how much I really wanted that house. If I really wanted it I would move into the house. It's basically a 50/50 chance on the house even being haunted. I truly believe in ghosts and I'm for interested in them. I really have no fear. And hopefully if the house would be haunted it would be a friendly entity. I've lived in a house with my parents that had non-human guests. And for you non-believers out there don't be afraid. open your eye's.

If I truly liked the house and it was for a good price, I would buy the house. But if I wasnt too thrilled about the house, the haunting would just encourage to turn down the house.

Well  is  it  a good entity,  or  a bad entity ? That  would  be my question... I would buy  it  if  I liked  the house enough  and  the price  was right. If  the haunting  was "friendly"

If I had already decided to buy the house, I would. Ghosts, spirits, aliens, faeries, trolls, harry potter, they just don't exist.

having a kid I would say I would not buy it.  I would want no harm to come to my boy so I would not trust that.

It depends on the buyer. For some, that would mean an automatic turnoff and would scare them away. Other people specifically want houses that are haunted so it'll make it even more desirable for them.

I, personally, would be scared away. Too many horror movies. :)

Possible- it could be attached to a piece of antique furniture or the people of the house. I'd probably do a little research first!

That wasn't a good selling tactic to tell you it was haunted :) atleast they are being truthful. I would try it out- see if the hauntings bother you, ask if you can spend a night in there or something first.

It really depends on how haunted it is.
