so how yo kill the hunger, o eat more and work out again, to expensive.......just buy more food and burn it.?

Is like bulimia o I do not...........Who knows about this?\

    no bulimia is when you make yourself sick so you have none of the calories still in your body, the way they no there are no calories left  in there body is when they start being sick and theres blood coming up.

  5. Well, first off, make sure you are eating enough in the first place. If your not eating about 1500 calories, your body is probably starving a little bit and if you start eating this much the hunger may go away.

    Or you could drink a glass of water to get rid of it, or eat an apple. Apple is only 80 calories and has fiber to help fill you.
