I have an VAIO Camera Utility On My Laptop, And I was Wondering how do I Record/Capture what I'm doing Online, in different sites.

Such as if I wanted to record a chat.

I think you're looking for a screen recorder program, which I'm pretty sure is seperate from your webcam.  Try this program:

The camera on the laptop is used to capture real things, like you for example. In order to record your screen, you would need some screen capture software.
