Okay, Im going to america at the beginning of august.. Can I bring cigarettes?

onto the plane with me if im 16? thats underage.

and like can i put them in my suitcase? or will they take them out?

and how many 20 packs can i bring with me?

and i know you cant bring lighters.

You cannot possess cigarettes in the US if you are under 18.  If they discover them, either in your carry on (high probability) or your checked baggage (medium probability), they will confiscate them.
