Okay, come on, are these people for real?!?

My mom's friend's kids go to school with these three brothers. Now the oldest boy is named Everest. When the next brother came around, the parents let Everest name the baby, and Everest named the baby Hawk Eye. But it gets better. When the last baby came, Hawk Eye got to name it, and he decided to name it Baby Powder.

I swear I'm not joking. Everest, Hawk Eye [or Hawkeye I'm not sure] and Baby Powder.

What is wrong with these parents??

  1. Well, Umm.. I guess it could be a tradition, maybe their parents got to name their siblings. We may not exacly see it as rational but I guess its workin out fine in the parent's heads. Well atleast if they hate their names, then they can change them when their 18.

  2. No clue they sound like freaks!!!!! Weird!!!

Please answer my question if you get the chance:

Are you kidding? I hope so.

  3. Everest doesn't sound too bad, but it will make for some embarrassing jokes by the time that boy is in his teens ;-) The mother really should have  gone for the name Everett.

Hawk Eye isn't all that bad, but Hawkeye is terrible. Hawk just sounds like one of those contemporary, hippy-ish names like Phoenix and Blade.

Baby Powder is just plain weird. Even I can't justify that one. Hopefully the  poor kid will realise that he can request for his school to call him by a different name... If the name's bad enough, usually they'll agree.

  4. I really wish you were joking, but you sound serious and that's just awful! I had to laugh though lol. Those poor kids. Everest isn't the BEST name, but it's much better than the other two. I bet he'll be glad when he gets older that his parents named him and not a little kid.

  5. I know achick who had 2 boys and a girl she named them Rip ,Torn andTeara     after the birthing experience if i did that my kids names would be OUcH!!! and BIGhead!

  6. All I could do is laugh when I read this. If this is for real (and it very well could be) those parents are ridiculous! Those poor children.

  7. These children will be on drugs in their adult lives because of the teasing they will endure during their childhood.

  8. The only way to find out your answer is to ask them.

  9. Lol...That sounds almost as good as some of the names celebrities are naming their children.

  10. thats different never heard of but maybe they parents have their own private reasons why they named them that don't judge them pls

  11. no, the question is, whats wrong with the children...they were the ones who named it XD

  12. Could be there names in the book The Outsiders the boys have names of Soda Pop, and Pony Boy. So never know for sure.

  13. Do you have a question or do you just want to make fun of these people?

As for the names, I really don't like far out names, but what I DO really like is when parents are unconditional supportive of their kids.

  14. I think you should check the parents in to a mental institute. They obviously have problems. At least Everest isn't that bad... well compared to Baby Powder it is considered normal. However are you sure that they might be nicknames or something?  Poor kids! How old was Everest and Hawk Eye then when their younger sibling/s were born? If they were older than 5, I'm amazed that they couldn't have come up with some 1/2 decent names!

    Vxx

  15. If your telling the truth thats just ridiculous!

  16. Nothing is wrong with them.  Frank Zappa named his kids Dweezil & Moon Unit and he was a genius.  Maybe this is only a family of genius's

  17. idk but ITS HORRIBLE

    but whatever

    how old was hawk eye?

  18. Are you serious?! ! ! You can't be! ! !  I'm very serious when I say they could get their kids taken away from them for abuse! ! ! Pure stupidity and negligence on the poor children's behalf. . .
