Okay, here goes again...How do I set up a 360 account?

Everytime I try to view another 360 profile, I'm told that page in not availible to check my spelling or go to other yahoo services. After doing all that, I'm told the same thing. Can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to view someones 360 profile and how to set up my own.

If you want to view somebody else's 360° page simply click their avatar to enter their profile. If they allow viewing their 360° page, you will see a link displayed there, click on it...
