I like the chocolate brown idea, but, will it look odd with black tux's??

No - I don't think it would look odd. Just do black tux's with chocolate brown vests and ties. I think it would look very nice.

Have you tried going to David's Bridal website and playing with the "Dress Your Wedding" program. I think it gives a good visual in regards to colors.

not at all, a lot of brides go with brown and the guys in black tuxes.  It looks fine.  Or you can always put the girls in bakc if its a night wedding.

Or do brown and the guys in brown vests and ties with red or orange boutiniers!

Go to Davidsbridal.com and play with the dress you wedding party section, you can sleelct colors and see how it all looks.

I was going to do chocolate but I was too OCD to have the men wear it with black. IF you can deal with it then go for it.

we're doing brown tuxes with cream colored and pink vests. the girls are wearing pink dresses.

It will look fine, just make sure the brown you choose isn't too dark. Otherwise there won't be much of a contrast.
