  1. It is most likely a cat bird , wren or mockingbird. It must have a nest nearby. Or a new baby bird it is teaching. Try to stay away and give it some space. It will go away within a week or two. Keep your cats away from the area. Believe me it will leave soon. It is all temporary.

  2. If it's outside, just leave some bread crumbs around or run at it waving your arms, it will get scared and maybe leave

  3. catch it , talk to her.

  4. It's rather late for nesting but that could be the case.  If the bird doesn't let up in a week or two contact your local Audubon or animal control.

Other than that keep you head down and pay it no mind, it's just being territorial.  Find a safe spot and break out the binoculars, look for the nest.  Get some details on what kind of bird it is, and look at a field guide to make a positive identification.  Take this as an opportunity, a wake up call even, to find out more about your avian neighbors.  Maybe one of your human neighbors stopped feeding the birds and this one wants a handout?  If your research shows this isn't a seed eating bird, that theory wouldn't have much merit.

    Good luck.

  5. nothing

  6. If it bothers U that much ,get a plastic Owl and mount it near where the bird likes to stay. It needs to actually look like an Owl ,but it will work.

  7. Maybe catch it and throw it out and lock it out without trying to lock yourself in?

  8. Have you researched what kind of bird it is?

Do you know if there is a nest nearby? Little ones perhaps?

Consider why it won't leave you alone. My guess is that it's nest is very close and it's being territorial.

Once you figure out the why, you can figure out the solution to your problem.

  9. Listening the song from the bird for free!
