  1. Is this your whole day's diet? You need more fruit and vegetables! They're low-cal and delicious.

Calorie-counting is overrated. To lose weight, cut the junk from your diet, boost your fruit and veg intake and reduce portion size. Take a little exercise too - cardio, like running or kickboxing, is best for burning fat.

    Good luck!

I hope this is of use to you, a few weeks ago I found this excellent free website that is rammed with tips and tricks that illustrates to you how to lose pounds the proper way, plus you don't even have to diet. 3. Ok, you need to be a bit more specific in what you are eating.. you said 1 1/2 cops of milo cereal, but how much milk did you have with it? And what type of milk was it? And with the cruskits, what type of cruskits? Low-fat? Lite 98% fat? You need to be more in detail, so you can be more accurate with how many calories.

If you are trying to lose weight with eating that, its not the best - You should be having 4-5 meals a day every 2-3 hours and atleast 1200 calories a day. Eating in small portions throughout the day makes your metabolism speed up. Also with the milo cereal for breakfast, its not the best choice. Anyway, here is how many calories you have eaten approximately based on what you have told me, I used that you have aten Light 98% fat free cruskits and Whole, full fat milk (3.6%) because you didnt say what you actually had.

    Milo Cereal: 282 calories

Whole, full fat milk (3.6%): (1 cup) 160 calories

    4 Cruskits: 110 calories

    Vegemite: 12 calories

    = 564 calories APPROX
