most spirits cant enter but vampires usually stick to that code more than anything, or scratch that vamps cant enter, but other spirits can but causing harm onto others unless provoked violates laws dont ask me why vamps are one of the exceptions

There is no such thing as a "evil being" from the other side.  They are here on Earth.

There are, however, beings that haven't realized that they have crossed over and are confused.  Some have crossed over and are upset because they have unfinished business here, and some are not ready to go into the light.  These are what we call "ghosts".  They can still manipulate our vibrations, albeit it, our atmosphere is very thick for them to penetrate through.  

Why would you...oops!...I mean you "friend"  want to invite such "evil ones" into your space?  Some of the "prankster ghosts" can get you into trouble.  I wouldn't dabble if I were you!

It sounds like vampires to me but I wouldn't consider that paranormal. Those type of vampires are fictional.

I have to disagree with an earlier post, while I am a "lightworker", and would like to believe there is nothing dark, alas yin and yang, balance, where there is light, so must there be dark.  (To the earlier poster, If you can honestly say that people like Hitler were not negative entities, let me know, I'd like to hear your reasoning on that subject). Alot of the negative entities were/are actually created by man as we create what we think. I don't know too much about dark entities as I choose not to know much at this point, but I know they do exist, I just ask my angels not to let them near me.  

I'm not clear on why you're asking the question, did you do something (your friend that is) that you think you may have invited a negative entity, such as using the Ouija Board?  If so, look up psychic protection on the Internet, there are lots of ways to cleanse your person or space.
