Okay I'm 16 and I'm 5'7 and weight like 160 does anyone noe a fast way of losing weight?

i eat right sleep right kinda i do all the good thing i run for 30 min but still not losin weight ..=/

It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

    Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

    All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

  5. I do the 'Fat Smash' diet which is a book from The 'Celebrity Fit Club', off of t.v.

    I picked the book up at my local library, I love that it is very simple and basically has healthy eating guidelines and exercise. Personally I love it and the first "Phase" is only 9 days... so if you would like to try it at least give Phase1 a chance!

    PHASE 1:

    PER DAY YOU CAN HAVE:

    2cups brown rice

    Yogurt (2 -6 oz)

    1 cup Oats

    Fruit

    Vegetables except avocado and only 2 pickles per day

    No potatoes except sweet potatoes

    3 egg whites and 1 whole egg

    also you can have 3 cups air popped popcorn no butter

    Basically you can eat all the veggies and fruit you want, this is for the first 9 days... I lost 10lbs in 9 days! Seriously I've tried a lot of diets, it's great! You can't look at the scale until day 9, very important. In the first month I lost 21 lbs of doing the Fat Smash diet and wasn't even starving at all! Plus make sure you get lots of water. It made me feel GREAT and I did see a difference. So like I was saying you can eat all you want of the "allowed" items but he does say don't over eat. When you feel full quit eating.

    Here was my first 4 day menu on Phase 1 =)

    Day1:

    BF:Oatmeal (I did use instant w/water added)

    S:2 Tangerines & 1 Pickle

    L:Split Pea Soup

    D:Boca Burger w/ketchup & mustard (no bread)

    Broccolli w/lemon pepper (steamed)

    Day 2:

    BF: Oatmeal w/blueberries

    S: 2 Tangerines & Banana

    L: Sweet Potato Fries (cut fry style and baked)

    D: Can of Corn & carrots

    S: Grapes

    Day 3:

    BF: 4 Egg Whites w/salsa, bell pepper & onion (omelet)

    S: Frozen Grapes

    L: 1/2 can Split Pea Soup, 1 Apple

    S: Apple

    D: other 1/2 can Split Pea Soup & Carrots

    S: Banana

    Day 4:

    BF: Apple Bake (sliced apple, splenda, cinnamon, 0cal butter spray & oats on top-- baked)

    S: Grapes

    L: Boca Burger Patti & Sweet Potato Fries (1/2 sweet potato)

    S: Carrots & 1 Tangerine

    D: BOca Burger Patti, grilled Onions & Tbsp Steak sauce

    I also run/walk 30-1hr a day.

  7. get a dog - honesltly!! its like your own personal trainer!! the weight will more likely come off a bit slowly but will stay off other than these quick fix diets. and stay off the cookies and crisps etc. get into grapes or oranges or whatever floats your boat instead.

    but remember,no matter what size you are -  you are beautiful
